Citizen Sure today announced the appointment of Dr. Elena Vasquez as Director — Tax & Domicile Planning, based at the firm's Geneva office. Dr. Vasquez joins from Pictet Wealth Management, where she advised UHNW families on cross-border tax structuring and trust arrangements.
In her new role, Dr. Vasquez leads Citizen Sure's tax planning practice, working alongside the firm's legal advisory and family office teams on multi-jurisdictional engagements. Her remit covers Portugal's NHR regime, UAE corporate and personal tax, the Italian flat-tax regime, and exit-tax structuring for departing residents.
