Roles listed as 'Remote' have no mandatory office attendance, though travel for client meetings and team events is expected. Hybrid roles typically require 2–3 days per week in the nearest Citizen Sure office.

Our standard process is: (1) Application review, (2) 30-minute intro call with the talent team, (3) 60-minute technical/competency interview with the hiring manager, (4) Final conversation with a senior leader. The full process typically takes 2–3 weeks.

Yes — we sponsor visas for exceptional candidates where required, including UK Skilled Worker visas and UAE residence visas. Visa sponsorship availability is confirmed on a role-by-role basis during the interview process.

We work in English firm-wide, with desks operating in Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Portuguese, German, Greek, and Spanish. Multilingual candidates are strongly favoured for client-facing advisory and relationship roles.

Senior advisory, legal, and leadership roles include a long-term incentive plan combining performance bonus and profit-share linked to firm-wide growth. Specifics are discussed at offer stage.

Every employee has a structured promotion track reviewed every 12 months — Junior → Associate → Senior → VP → Director. Internal mobility between desks (e.g. Advisory → Family Office, Legal → Due Diligence) is actively encouraged and a third of senior hires were promoted from within in the last two years.
