Terms of Use
& Disclaimers.

Last updated: 1 April 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the Citizen Sure website or services.

Definitions

"Citizen Sure", "we", "us", "our" means the legal entity registered in England and Wales operating under the Citizen Sure brand. "Website" means the citizensure.com domain and any sub-domains. "Services" means the investment-migration advisory work delivered under written engagement. "You" means the user accessing the Website or, where in engagement, the client party to the engagement letter.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Website. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Information Purposes Only

Content on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, immigration, or investment advice. Do not act or rely on any information on the Website without first seeking independent professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

No Client Relationship

Viewing the Website, completing a contact form, exchanging email, or receiving a response to an enquiry does not create a client relationship. A formal client relationship is only established upon execution of a written engagement agreement and receipt of any retainer specified in that agreement.

Eligibility

The Website and Services are intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the Website you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and are not located in any jurisdiction subject to UK / EU / US sanctions on receipt of legal services.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep information accurate and current. Investment-migration programme requirements change without notice; statutory thresholds, processing times, and family-inclusion rules are set by the issuing authority and supersede anything stated on the Website. Always verify the current programme position with a senior advisor before committing capital.

Engagement & Fees

Where the relationship progresses to engagement, fees are set out in a written engagement letter — fixed or capped, and agreed in advance. Citizen Sure does not accept retainers, success fees, or commissions from developers, programme operators, or government authorities. Disbursements (government fees, due-diligence fees, third-party legal fees) are billed at cost.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, JSON-LD schema, illustrations, code — is the intellectual property of Citizen Sure or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, frame, or modify any content without prior written consent. Quotation under fair-dealing exceptions is permitted with attribution.

Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not endorse, monitor, or accept responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; submit false or misleading information through any contact form; attempt to bypass rate-limit, authentication, or anti-bot controls; reverse-engineer the platform; or use automated tools to scrape data without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citizen Sure excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Citizen Sure and its directors, officers, employees, and agents against any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Website, or any false or misleading information you submit.

Force Majeure

Citizen Sure is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of government, changes in immigration law, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, network outages, or third-party service failures.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force. No waiver by Citizen Sure of any breach is a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under your country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged via the consent banner; continued use of the Website after notification constitutes acceptance.
