Where can a citizenship
take you?
Pick a programme, see every destination its resulting passport unlocks visa-free. Hover any country to see access status; overlay a second programme to compare passports side-by-side across 198 destinations.
Sourced from consular policy, not generic indices.
The Henley and Arton indices are great for headline counts. For an investor making a six-figure decision we go one level deeper — primary-source consular policy, ETA / e-visa scheme changes, and the specific quirks each passport carries.
Each destination row is verified against the actual consular page or government press release — not a single passport-strength aggregator.
EU ETIAS (2026), US ESTA, UK ETA, Australia ETA — we surface "electronic authorisation required" separately from full visa-required, because the cost / friction is very different.
Every passport entry is reviewed by a senior advisor before publication. Disputes hit the regulatory change log so readers can audit the trail.

About the visa-free map.
Does "visa-free" include electronic travel authorisations like ETIAS / ESTA / ETA?
In our default count, yes — these are surfaced as "ETA required" in the hover panel so the cost / friction difference is explicit. A pure visa-free entry and an ETA entry are not the same operationally.
Does the count change based on the holder's prior nationality?
It can. Some destinations apply additional checks to holders of certain prior nationalities. The map shows the passport's nominal access; an advisor can validate for your specific holder profile.
Why do residency programmes show Schengen-only access?
Until naturalisation, a Golden Visa or RBI holder still uses their original passport — except they gain visa-free movement within the Schengen Area. We surface that overlay specifically for residency programmes.
How often is the data refreshed?
A senior advisor reviews each passport entry quarterly and after any material policy change (e.g. new ETA roll-outs). Material updates land on the /changes log.
Can I compare more than two programmes?
Not directly in the visualisation — the four-state colouring is optimised for two. Use the Compare tool for richer multi-programme breakdowns including non-travel factors.
