What we do

Executive visas

Senior-leadership and C-suite mobility — UK Skilled Worker / Global Talent visas, US L-1 / EB-1, UAE Golden Visa for senior employees, Singapore Employment Pass / EntrePass, Australia Subclass 482 / 186. Each route carries different permanence, family-inclusion, and tax-implication profiles; we frame the right route per executive.

Global talent + intra-company transfer

Volume relocation programmes — engineering teams to Singapore, finance ops to Dubai, product teams to Lisbon. Intra-company-transfer (ICT) routes where corporate group structure permits. Single-mandate engagements typically span 10–100+ moves; we operate as a virtual mobility desk for the duration.

Compliance + ongoing administration

Ongoing visa-administration through the employee lifecycle — extensions, dependant additions, change of role, secondment-to-permanent transitions, exit-administration on departure. Right-to-work compliance for the employer, immigration audit support, and policy review for the company's mobility programme.

Family + relocation services

Mobility is a family decision. Spouse work-rights (where the visa permits), schooling research, healthcare onboarding, and pre-departure cultural-orientation briefings. We coordinate with destination-market relocation providers but do not provide physical-relocation services ourselves.

In-house diligence on the relevant facts (jurisdictional rules, source-of-funds, family profile, tax position) — written into a working brief before any government contact.
Execution
End-to-end coordination across legal, tax, real-estate, and family-office desks. One senior advisor remains your single point of contact.

FAQ

Common questions on corporate mobility

These are the questions HR, talent, and mobility leads raise most often. Bespoke mandates — multi-country team moves, secondments, executive search-and-relocation hybrids — are scoped in a confidential briefing.

Single corporate mandate, single senior advisor, dedicated team. For mandates of 10+ moves, we assign a corporate-account team that operates as the company's virtual mobility desk for the engagement. Standard reporting (weekly status, quarterly programme review), service-level commitments on response and processing speeds, and integrated billing. For 100+ relocations on a single mandate, we typically embed an account manager on-site for the duration.

Yes — ICT and equivalent routes are a substantial portion of our corporate work. UK Senior or Specialist Worker (the post-2024 ICT route), US L-1A / L-1B, Schengen ICT cards, Singapore EP under the COMPASS framework, Australia Subclass 482 employer-sponsored, and equivalents in most major economies. The ICT route requires corporate-group structure documentation and a qualifying employment relationship; we scope that before the case is filed.

Where it makes sense, yes. UAE Golden Visa is the most common executive route in our corporate work — it grants 10-year renewable residency with no minimum-stay requirement, suitable for executives with a UAE-based employment relationship. Other golden-visa routes (Portugal post-fund-route reform, Greece, Spain) can also be appropriate where the executive has the personal capital to qualify. We frame the route in the executive's case rather than as a default.

Programme-dependent. Most jurisdictions require an employment relationship for traditional work-visa routes. Self-employed and freelance routes exist in some markets — UAE freelance permits (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ free-zone routes), Portugal D7 (passive income) and D8 (digital nomad) visas, the UK Innovator Founder Visa for genuine entrepreneurs. We screen the contractor/freelancer profile against the relevant route before any application is lodged.

Refusal-grounds analysis first, then the appropriate response — appeal (where the refusal is procedurally challengeable), reapplication (where new evidence resolves the underlying issue), or pivot to an alternative route. Most refusals in our corporate work involve documentary issues (evidence threshold not met, qualifying employment not demonstrated to the satisfaction of the caseworker) rather than substantive ineligibility. The remediation pathway is documented in writing with a realistic timeline before any further work proceeds.
