Who answers my questions?
Questions go to an adviser qualified for the topic. For UK immigration advice that means a regulated immigration adviser or solicitor. If a question needs full case work, we tell you and quote for it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time in your account. Your plan stays active to the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I add my family?
Yes. Each plan includes a number of family members and you can add more for a monthly fee, up to the plan limit.
What if I use all my questions?
You can buy extra questions or upgrade your plan at any time.
Is a membership the same as a visa application?
No. A membership gives you on-call access to an adviser for ongoing questions, plus reminders and reviews. Applications are quoted and handled separately.
How do I pay?
You choose your plan here and confirm it in your secure client account, where you pay by card. Nothing is charged on this website.

What happens after I receive my passport or residency card?
Citizen Sure's service continues after approval. We assist with travel document registration, passport renewal (when due), additional family inclusions, any government-required renewals (some residency programmes require biennial renewal), and any correspondence with programme authorities. Your relationship manager remains your point of contact for the lifetime of your programme.
Do I need to renew my citizenship or residency?
Citizenship is permanent and does not require renewal (your passport must be renewed, typically every 10 years). Residency permits and golden visas do require periodic renewal — Portugal and Greece require renewal every 2 years, UAE every 10 years. Caribbean CBI passports are renewed like standard passports. Citizen Sure manages all renewal processes as part of our ongoing client relationship.
