概要
Russian citizens can get a 10-year UAE golden visa by owning property worth at least AED 2 million. Russians can visit the UAE visa-free. UAE banks apply enhanced checks to Russian clients, so funds should come from documented sources, ideally held outside Russia. Russian citizens must notify the Ministry of Internal Affairs within 60 days of obtaining a foreign residence permit.

Russian law requires citizens to notify the Ministry of Internal Affairs within 60 days of obtaining another citizenship or a foreign residence permit, including a UAE golden visa. Failing to notify is an offence.
