About Us
We help individuals and families choose and complete a residency or citizenship route, with clear pricing, named advisers and a client portal for every case.
Paid consultation with a named adviser. Written quote before you commit.
Mission
To make residency and citizenship decisions understandable, so you can compare routes on facts, know what it will cost before you commit, and have one accountable team from first call to approval.
Citizen Sure was set up to give families a straight answer on which route fits them, and what it really involves.
We combine advisers who specialise in specific programmes with our own client platform, Connect, so every quote, document and next step is in one place and visible to you.
What you can check for yourself before you commit.
Your fee is set for your case by our pricing engine and confirmed in writing, with government and third-party costs on separate lines.
You book a paid consultation of a stated length with a named adviser whose languages are listed.
We only present programmes that are currently open, and we show the sources for official requirements and fees.
Documents, messages, payments and progress are shared with you in the Connect client portal.
Four steps, each confirmed with you before the next begins.
We look at your goals, family and nationality and tell you which routes fit, and which do not.
You receive an itemised written quote. Nothing starts until you accept it.
We prepare your file, check it against the programme rules and tell you what is missing.
We submit, track and answer authority questions until a decision, and help with the steps after approval.
Plain answers, written down, in your language where we can.
If a route is not right for you, we say so, even when it means no engagement.
Your information is shared only with the people who need it for your case.
Moving a family is personal. We plan around the people, not only the paperwork.
Advisers and their languages come from our client platform, so this list stays current.

We help individuals and families compare residency and citizenship by investment programmes, prepare their applications and work with licensed professionals in each country through to approval.
No. Applications are decided by each country's own government authority. We prepare and coordinate your case alongside the authorised agents and lawyers that each programme requires.
Book a consultation or send us a message. An adviser will ask about your goals, family and timeline, then explain which live programmes fit and what the next steps are.
Use the programmes hub and the compare tool to see eligibility, timelines and family rules side by side, then read the guide for each country.
We only use your information to advise on and prepare your case, and share it with third parties such as authorised agents only when your application requires it and you have agreed.
Investment migration is the legal process of obtaining citizenship or residency in a foreign country through a qualifying financial contribution — such as a government fund donation, real estate purchase, or business investment. Programmes are offered by sovereign governments and are fully legal, internationally recognised, and increasingly common among UHNW and HNW individuals and families.
Residence by investment gives you the right to live in a country; citizenship by investment makes you a national with a passport and full civic rights.
Residence permits usually need renewing and may carry stay requirements, while citizenship is generally permanent. Many families combine the two to cover different needs.
A golden visa grants residency — the right to live, work, and travel in a country — but not citizenship or a second passport. Citizenship by investment grants full citizenship, including a second passport with all associated rights. Some programmes (like Portugal's) offer a residency-first route with citizenship eligibility after 5 years of residency. The right choice depends entirely on your goals: travel access, tax benefits, speed, or long-term settlement.
