Relocation guide
Moving from 哥倫比亞 to 西班牙
Colombians can visit Spain without a visa, apply for Spanish nationality after two years of legal residence, and keep Colombian nationality. To live in Spain you still need a residence route, most often the digital nomad or non-lucrative visa, applied for at the Spanish consulate in Colombia.

Quick answer
Colombian citizens can move to Spain on the digital nomad visa (200% of the Spanish minimum wage from non-Spanish work) or the non-lucrative visa (€28,800 a year in funds), applied for at the Spanish consulate in Colombia. Colombia is an Apostille Convention member (apostilles are issued online by the Cancillería), and Colombians can apply for Spanish nationality after two years of residence.

What is different from 哥倫比亞
Online apostille
Colombian public documents are apostilled online by the Cancillería, which makes document preparation faster than in many countries. Sworn translation is not needed for documents already in Spanish.
Police certificate
The criminal record certificate (antecedentes judiciales) comes from the Policía Nacional; check whether the consulate wants it apostilled.
Two-year nationality and dual nationality
As an Ibero-American nationality, Colombians can apply for Spanish nationality after two years of legal residence, and Spain and Colombia have a dual nationality agreement.
