Frequently asked questions

Is the consultation free?

No. The consultation is a paid booking with a named adviser. Its length and price are shown before you pay. Consultations are non-refundable once paid. You can move your appointment to another time.

How quickly will you reply?

We aim to reply to enquiries within one working day, Monday to Friday.

What happens after I get in touch?

An adviser reads your enquiry and checks which routes may fit. We then reply by your preferred channel, in your language where we can, usually within one working day. If it helps, we suggest a consultation and you choose a time.

Can I speak to someone in my language?

Often, yes. Choose your preferred language in the form and we will match you with an adviser who speaks it where we can.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. We use your details only to answer your enquiry, as described in our privacy notice.

When will you reply?

An adviser reads every enquiry and replies on working days. Messages sent at weekends are answered on the next working day.

What should I include in my message?

Your nationality, the countries you are considering, who would be included in the application and your rough timeline. You can share documents later, once we have spoken.

How quickly will I get a reply?

We reply to messages on business days. If your enquiry is time sensitive, booking a consultation is the fastest way to speak with an adviser.

Can I speak to an adviser in my language?

Tell us your preferred language when you get in touch and we will match you with an adviser who speaks it where possible.

What is investment migration?

Investment migration is the legal process of obtaining citizenship or residency in a foreign country through a qualifying financial contribution — such as a government fund donation, real estate purchase, or business investment. Programmes are offered by sovereign governments and are fully legal, internationally recognised, and increasingly common among UHNW and HNW individuals and families.

What is the difference between residency and citizenship by investment?

Residence by investment gives you the right to live in a country; citizenship by investment makes you a national with a passport and full civic rights.

Residence permits usually need renewing and may carry stay requirements, while citizenship is generally permanent. Many families combine the two to cover different needs.
