Frequently asked questions

Do I need an apostille or legalisation?

If both countries are in the Hague Apostille Convention an apostille is usually enough. Otherwise the destination embassy may need to legalise the document. We confirm which applies before quoting.

How long does this service take?

Timing depends on the programme and how quickly documents are ready. Your adviser gives you a written plan with the steps and expected stages before work starts.

What do I need to get started?

A valid passport, a short summary of your goals and family, and an idea of the programmes you are considering. We send a document checklist once you decide to proceed.
